It is bright, sunny day.
It is a clouday day. 今天是阴天。 cloudy day就是阴天的意思。
The sky is covered with clouds. 天上全是乌云。
It is going to rain soon./It is likely to rain soon. 要下雨了。
Cloudy/rainy days seems to last longer. 阴天/雨天好像还要持续更长。
I wish we had no more clouday/rainy days. 我希望别再阴天/下雨了。
It is rainning./It is starting to rain. 下雨了。
There is a heavy rain (shower) outside. 外面在下雨。
The rain has stopped. 雨已经停了。
It has been raining since yesterday. 雨从昨天下到现在了。
It has been raining the whole day today. 今天雨已经下了一整天了。
